Jānis Cimmermanis

Jānis Cimmermanis is a Latvian animator and director. Born in 1950 in Latvia, he graduated from Leningrad Institute of Theatre, Music, and Cinematography in 1980. Then he worked in the Latvian Puppet Theatre as a director. Since 1983, he has worked for the Latvia Film studio as a puppet film animator and director.
